The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, sales-focused Tox Host to join our front desk team at THE TOX Boston. As the first and last face clients see, your presence sets the tone—from seamless check-in to confident product recommendations. You’ll be the go-to for keeping things running smoothly while elevating the client experience in our busy Newbury Street studio.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years front desk or retail sales experience in wellness, fitness, or beauty
• Sales-minded and confident in client-facing communication
• Punctual, polished, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with scheduling software (MindBody experience is a plus)
• A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
• Weekend availability is non-negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional welcome and closing experience
• Educate clients on THE TOX treatments and products
• Drive sales through bundle and product recommendations
• Manage studio flow and assist technicians with efficiency and professionalism
• Maintain studio appearance and uphold THE TOX aesthetic and vibe
• Field client calls, emails, and messages with warmth and clarity
