The Tox may also receive information from third parties, including affiliated health care providers or estheticians, relating to services provided to you.
We may collect non personal information such as IP address, browser type, device information, location data, and operating system information to improve site functionality and service quality.
Google Analytics
The Tox uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Tox Site. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited and frequency of visits. Google Analytics collects IP addresses but does not collect identifying information such as names.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, all the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text Messaging and SMS Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from the Tox, we may send transactional, informational, or marketing messages related to appointments, services, promotions, or account activity. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

California Consumer Privacy Rights
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including rights to access, correct, delete, and limit the use of Personal Information, subject to legal exceptions.
