Search “lymphatic supplement” and you will find a great deal of noise and not much plain information. So here is the plain version — what is in ours, what these herbs have traditionally been used for, and how to read a label so you can judge any of them for yourself.
How to Read a Supplement Label
Three things are worth checking before you buy anything in this category.
Are the amounts disclosed? A label that lists ingredients without amounts, or hides them inside a “proprietary blend”, is telling you less than it appears to.
Does the claim sound too specific? Supplements are permitted to describe how they support normal body function. Language about curing or fixing a named condition is a signal to be skeptical — whoever is saying it.
Is the FDA disclaimer there? Any supplement making claims is required to carry it. Its absence tells you something about how carefully the rest was written.
What Is In Ours
Dandelion Root — one of the most widely used herbs in traditional Western herbal practice, where it has long been associated with digestion.
Artichoke Leaf — traditionally used to support digestive comfort.
Yarrow — used in traditional herbal practice for a very long time, including in the context of lymphatic wellness.
Jujube — a fixture of traditional Chinese herbal practice, traditionally associated with digestion and regularity.
Plus our Tonic Blend: turmeric, celery seed, ginger, kale, apple and aloe vera. Sixty gummies per bottle, taken as directed.
What a Supplement Is Not
It is not a substitute for advice from your doctor, and it is not a shortcut around the fundamentals. If something feels wrong in your body, speak to your doctor — that is not what a gummy is for, and we would never suggest otherwise.
What a daily supplement can be is one small consistent thing, alongside the other small consistent things. Results vary from person to person.
If you would like to pair it with a session, find your nearest studio through our studio locator — our in-studio service is lymphatic body sculpting, a non-invasive, non-medical technique performed by trained technicians.
